Christmas Lunch and Dinner

So, went to a japanese resturant for lunch:

And.....my attempt at cooking dinner, just so you know, I make a good English roast BUT.....I have no oven here, and I couldn't find any baby potatos etc.  So, I managed a prawn stir fry and Steak, then went and brought roast pork, chicken and duck from Sai Kung lol:

And brought a cake as well..........

Christmas Walk in Sai Kung!

So, thought I'd share with you what I did on Christmas day!  Woke up late as one does on xmas day skipping breakfast.  Thanks to my hubby for my ghds'!!  Let my little boy play with his toys then went out to Sai Kung Pier for a walk.  Now, as I'm from Britain, it didn't feel very xmassy here cos it was warm and sunny!  But, did enjoy that everything was open, so there were things to buy and do, in the UK, the roads are usually dead as nothing is open......except for maybe a few petrol stations.....

Hong Kong Beauty and Style Magazines!

So.....I've decided that its rediculous to keep buying UK magazines at double, but usually triple, the price here in Hong Kong, and I hate it that things I like in them, I can't get here.  So, I thought I'd get Hong Kong beauty and style magazines at a fraction of the price with products that I can actually get hold of easily.......BUT, now I'm even more frustrated as I want to read the reviews etc and I can't read chinese!!
How hard is it to learn how to read chinese??.....

UPDATE:  I'm now starting to mix this foundation with Clinique Age Defense BB cream (SPF 30), as I've started using the Olay Regenerist night Elixir and they advise using at least a SPF 15 on the face during the day!  Skin Illusion only has SPF 10.
