Origins Plantscription Foundation

As someone who loves the Origins Plantscription range (yes, I know I'm using Laneige at the moment, give me a chance to finish that and I'll be back to Origins as it's easier to get hold of in the UK!), I'm looking forward to this foundation!

Origins Plantscription range centres around its' main ingredient 'Anogeissus' - which is derived from the leaves and bark of the Anogeissus tree and used as a natural wound healer and antimicrobial agent.

This foundation is fortified with Anogeissus, this age-defying formulation helps to visibly correct the appearance of lines and wrinkles both immediately and over time. This oil-free liquid foundation floats onto skin and blends easily, providing lightweight hydration and leaving skin appearing smooth, perfected and more youthful-looking with a naturally radiant finish. Soft-focus optics help mask visible pores and conceal imperfections without caking or settling into creases. This long-wearing formulation offers long-term anti-aging benefits along with valuable SPF 15 protection.

It is available in twelve shades and provides medium buildable coverage and remain color true - something that I would love if its true....don't you just hate it when you think you've found the perfect shade then it oxidises making you look a bit too bronzed for your body or worse....look orange!

The foundation will be avalible in Stores in August 2012.

Origins: A Perfect World BB Cream

Origins A Perfect World BB Cream will be released in the UK, and perhaps launch in other countries after?!

This features a blend of ingredients that deliver multiple perfecting, protecting and hydrating benefits in a lightweight formulation. Benefits include the reduction in the appearance of pores and fine lines, better skin hydration and an improvement in skin’s radiance. The BB Cream is offered in six shades to complement a wide range of skin tones: Light, Light/Medium, Medium, Medium/Deep, Deep and Extra Deep, priced at £27 each. The new A Perfect World BB SPF 15 Age-defense tinted moisturizer with White Tea will be available nationwide from April at Origins retail stores, selected department stores and the brand’s website.

Apparently in Asia, they will be releasing a different BB Cream, this time without using the ‘tinted moisturizer’ on it’s label. Introducing the Origins VitaZing BB Cream from the VitaZing line.

The Origins VITAZING has a moisturizer that becomes slightly tinted once rubbed, so don’t confuse the moisturizer with this BB Cream. They are both totally different products. The Origins VitaZing Moisturizer comes in SPF15, while the Origins VitaZing BB Cream is SPF 35 / PA +++.

The key ingredient is the Mangosteen Energy Complex, which helps optimize cellular energy and limit the release of free radicals helping skin maintain its healthy look. The complex is also coupled with Cordyceps Mushroom and Ginseng to provide an even better anti-aging effect. In addition it also uses Mango Seed Butter, Hyaluronic Acid and Trehalose to provide intense hydration to the skin. Oil-controlling natural ingredients such as Silica and Laminaria Extracts are also included. Other than that Barley and Wheat Germ protects skin from dehydration.

So I can't wait, I love Origins in general and hopefully can get hold of the vitazing one before I leave Hong Kong, and then buy the one in the UK!!  If I manage to try both I shall compare and review!!
